Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of voyageravecvous.com and any purchase you
make from Voyager Avec Vous (EQL Malaysia) ("we", "us", "our"). By placing
an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy
Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or
guardian, to place an order.

3. Products
We do our best to display our products, colours and fabrics accurately.
Screens vary, so slight colour differences between the images and the
garment you receive are normal and are not a fault.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable
taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a
change will never affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not
store your card details.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment
clears. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we spot a pricing
or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We
will always tell you if this happens.

6. Delivery
Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates,
not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers
or by circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: unworn, undamaged
items with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

8. Customer content
If you tag us or send us photos or videos of yourself in our pieces, you
give us permission to reshare that content on our website and social
channels, with credit. Tell us at any time if you'd like it taken down
and we will remove it.

9. Intellectual property
The EQL and Voyager Avec Vous names, logos, designs, photography and
site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially
without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use
Please don't use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or
resell our products commercially without our agreement.

11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow
it. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you
paid for that order.

12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the Malaysian
courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time;
the version published on this page at the time you order is the one
that applies.
