How do EQL sizes run?
EQL is designed in Asia for Asian body proportions and runs true to size — most customers find their usual size fits. Check our size guide and go with your normal size.
I'm between sizes — should I size up or down?
For a compressive, sculpted fit, go with the smaller size. For a relaxed, everyday feel, size up. Leggings and sports bras are meant to feel snug and supportive.
Are your leggings squat-proof?
Yes — our high-waisted leggings are squat-proof and stay fully opaque, even in a deep squat.
How much support do the sports bras give?
Styles range from low to high support: yoga and pilates → low; everyday → medium; running, HIIT and padel → high. See our sports bra guide.
I'm petite or tall — will EQL fit me?
Our size chart uses height ranges (S is under 158cm), so match your height and measurements to find your best size.

Are the bra pads removable?
Yes — most of our bras and padded tops have removable pads so you can adjust to your preference.
Do your skorts have built-in shorts?
Yes — our skorts have built-in shorts for full coverage, so you can lunge, serve and squat with confidence.
Is EQL good for padel, tennis and pickleball?

How do I care for my activewear?
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle setting. Avoid the tumble dryer and air dry — this keeps the support, shape and colour lasting longer.
Orders, shipping & returns
Where do you ship and how much is delivery?
We ship across all of Malaysia, with free shipping to both West and East Malaysia.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer no-questions-asked returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn, undamaged and in original condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, FPX online banking, e-wallets (Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, DuitNow) and PayPal.
