Refund policy

Returns

We offer no-questions-asked returns within 7 days of you receiving your order, as long as items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email info.vav99@gmail.com or DM us in Insta with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further few days for the money to appear in your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
